Duties

1) To prepare the budget of the General Directorate, to carry out the follow up of the yearly expenditures, to issue an appropriation sending document within the scope of necessary appropriation transfers and release procedures

2) To carry out works and procedures towards financial issues, policy and strategy for the Strategic Plan and Performance Based Budget.

3) To ensure the proposal, follow-up and coordination of the projects prepared within the framework of the investment program.

4) To carry out accrual transactions for all kinds of expenses.

5) In line with the needs of our General Directorate, to carry out all kinds of transactions related to tenders and purchases by ensuring coordination between relevant units.

6) To ensure the maintenance and repair of fixtures.

7) To provide coordination with the news in the written and visual media.

8) To ensure that matters deemed appropriate to be announced to the public are communicated to the Press Office.

9) To ensure referring and following up of the applications submitted to the Prime Ministry Information Center (BİMER) and the Ministry's Information Acquisition Unit on the subjects within the scope of duty of our General Directorate pursuant to the Law No. 4982 on the Right to Information.

10) To coordinate the processes regarding Alo 181 Interaction Center of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.

11) To carry out the procedures regarding the personal rights of the personnel.

12) To carry out transactions related to incoming and outgoing documents.

13) To carry out works and transactions belonging to fixtures and movables.

14) To ensure coordination between units in meetings, conferences, seminars, in-service training and similar issues.

15) To form the opinions of the institutions regarding the laws, regulations, regulations and circulars and to prepare the proposals.

16) To coordinate and finalize written and verbal questions submitted within the scope of its field of duty.

17) To fulfill the work and procedures for reporting weekly, monthly and annual activities.

18) To fulfill similar duties assigned by the General Manager.
